The Internet is the quickest way to conduct research prior to a job interview. Check out whether the organization has a Web site. If so, look for information on the organization's history, mission, products, services, policies and procedures. See if you can find biographies on staff members and you may luck out and find one of your interviewers. Read through the information carefully to create a list of questions to ask during your interview.
