How do you know what questions to ask at an interview?

by Robbie Miller Kaplan

It is imperative that you arrive at an interview with several pre-planned questions. You should develop a list of questions from the information you have acquired from your research to demonstrate that you have knowledge about the organization, industry, and competition. Ask questions about the organization's products or services, plans for expansion or diversification, or marketing approach for a new venture. Ask "What qualities are you seeking for this position?" This information will give you an opportunity to match your skills, experience, and accomplishments to the job requirements.
