It's crucial to do some research prior to your job search to determine your
worth in the marketplace. Employers will request your salary requirements at
any point during the job search and you need to be ready to provide them with
this information. Utilize salary surveys from professional associations,
executive recruiters, and government agencies to identify salary ranges.
Establish your current salary with incentives, activate your network to
access as much salary information as possible, and then use this information
to determine the salary you are willing to accept.
